Research at the Dept. of Computer Sciences 4
The Dept. of Computer Science 4 (Distributed Systems and Operating Systems) does research on
the design of operating and distributed systems. The main focus is
on object-oriented systems, multiprocessors, and distributed systems.
Additionally, analytical models for multiprocessor and multicomputer
systems are developed.
There are several groups. Each group runs a number of projects.
